Jnanabharati college of Education ( J.B.C.E) was established on 01-12-2004 It offers a 2 year full time Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) degree.
Reorganized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) (Order No:F.SRO/NCTE/B.ED/2004-05/8965,dated:01-12-2004(F.NO.SRO/NCTE/APS2162/B.ED/KA/2015-16/69063, dated:01-07-2015), Government of Karnataka (order. No: ED 20 URC 2003 dated:29-04-2003 ) and affiliated to Kuvempu University. (order. No: ED 20 URC 2003 dated:02-06-2003 )
Our Campus is situated in the heart of the Kadur City. The college is Co-Educational and with an annual intake of 100 for two basic units of 50 students each from the academic session 2015-16.
The college offers perfect Educational Environment for the students as well as teachers for a all-round personality development and also to develop and train the students as Emerging and Effective future teachers.
